solving for x worksheets is my worst problem. Can some one help me understand it? I am a beginner at it. What book or other resource do you suggest for starting this subject?

If you can give details about solving for x worksheets, I could possibly help to solve the math problem. If you don’t want to pay for a math tutor, the next best option would be a accurate program which can help you to solve the problems. Algebrator is the best I have come upon which will elucidate every step of the solution to any algebra problem that you may write from your book. You can simply reprint as your homework assignment. This Algebrator should be used to learn math rather than for copying answers for assignments.

I have also used Algebrator a number of times to solve algebra problems . I must say that it has greatly increased my problem solving power . You should check it out and see if it helps.

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several algebra classes - Basic Math, Algebra 1 and Algebra 1. It is a really a great piece of algebra software. I remember of going through problems with perpendicular lines, simplifying fractions and adding fractions. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program.
