I'm having immense difficulty finding the logic behind the question regarding factoring fractional exponents. Can anybody please help me to understand how to come up with a detailed answer and explanation about factoring fractional exponents specifically in topic of proportions? I was taught how to do this before but now I forgot and confused how to solve it. I find it complicated to understand it on my own so I think I really need assistance since I believe I can’t do this on my own . If anyone is familiar with factoring fractional exponents can you please help me? Thanks!
