Hello Math Gurus. Ever since I have encountered show pre algebra problems on percentages and compound interest at college I never seem to be able to learn it well. I am well versed at all the other sections , but this particular branch seems to be my weakness . Can some one guide me in understanding it well?

Have you checked out Algebrator? This is a great help tool and I have used it several times to help me with my show pre algebra problems on percentages and compound interest problems. It is very easy -you just need to enter the problem and it will give you a complete solution that can help solve your assignment . Try it out and see if it is useful .

Hey , just a month ago, I was stuck in a similar situation. I had even considered the option of leaving math and selecting some other subject. A friend of mine told me to give one last chance and sent me a copy of Algebrator. I was at comfort with it within few minutes . My ranks have really improved within the last year .

It’s amazing that a software can perform that. I didn’t expect something like that could help in algebra. I’m used to be tutored by a tutor but this really sounds cool. Do you have any links for this program?

Its fantastic . The exercise questions can test the real expertise that we possess on Basic Math. I am thankful to you all!

I remember having difficulties with algebra formulas, graphing circles and cramer’s rule. Algebrator is a really great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Algebra 1, Algebra 1 and Basic Math. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
