My math professor suggested I use your Algebrator product to help me learn the quadratic equations, and non-linear inequalities, since I just could not follow what he was teaching. I was very skeptical at first, but when I started to understand how to enter the equations, I was amazed with the solution process your software provides. I tell everyone in my class that has problems to purchase your product.
I just bought your program. I purchased the Personal Algebra Tutor (PAT) and I am really disappointed with it. Reasons: 1) if the computer crashes, you have to email them for a password (where I live, on a mountain with high winds, we get alot of power outages) as well as lightning strikes; 2) they said that the problems could be typed in and a solution would be provided. Half of the math problems I have had, do not work with their program; 3) they say to email them the questions and they will provide the solutions, but it can take up to 24 hours, and sometimes that is too long to wait for an answer. To show proof of my confirmed purchase of the PAT program, I have attached a copy of the receipt that they sent to me.
What a great friendly interface, full of colors, witch make Algebrator software an easy program to work with, and also it's so easy to work on, u don't have to interrupt your thoughts stream every time u need to interact with the program.
I got 95% on my college Algebra midterm which boosted my grade back up to an A. I was down to a C and worried when I found your software. I credit your program for most of what I learned. Thanks for the quick reply.
