Hello Math experts ! I am a beginner at distributive property. I seem to understand the lectures in the class well, but when I begin to solve the problems at home myself, I commit errors . Does anyone know of any website where I can get my answers checked before submitting them for grading? Or any resource where I can get to see a step by step answer ?

You seem to be more freaked out than confused. First you need to control your senses . Do not panic. Sit back, relax and look at the books with a clear mind. They will seem difficult if you think they are tough. distributive property can be easily understood and you can solve almost every problem with the help of Algebrator. So relax.

Is it really true that a program can perform like that? I don’t really know much anything about this Algebrator but I am really looking for some assistance so would you mind suggesting me where could I find that program? Is it downloadable over the internet ? I’m hoping for your quick reply because I really need assistance desperately.

I remember having problems with perpendicular lines, syntehtic division and radical expressions. Algebrator is a truly great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Algebra 1, Basic Math and College Algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
