how do i teach functions and relations for pre-algebra

Hello folks ! I have a severe problem about math and I was hoping that someone might be able to help me out in some way . I have a math test in a short while and even though I have been studying algebra seriously, there are still a some parts that cause a lot of problems , such as how do i teach functions and relations for pre-algebra and factoring especially. Last week I had a session with a math teacher, but many things still remain unclear to me. Can you suggest a good way of studying or a good tutor that you know already?

I have a good suggestion that could help you with algebra. You simply need a good program to make clear the problems that are complicated. You don't need a private teacher, because firstly it's very expensive , and secondly you won't have it near you whenever you need help. A software is better because you only have to purchase it once, and it's yours for all time. I recommend you to take a look at Algebrator, because it's the best. Since it can resolve almost any math exercises, you will certainly use it for a very long time, just like I did. I got it years ago when I was in Algebra 1, but I still use it quite often.

Y'all have got to be joking! How could this software not be common knowledge or published on campus ? How could I obtain additional info for testing Algebrator? Pardon me for sounding a little skeptical , but do you know whether or not someone can acquire a test copy to exercise this program ?
