Hi math lovers , I heard that there are certain programs that can help with us doing our homework, like a teacher substitute. Is this really true? Is there a software that can help me with math? I have never tried one before , but they are probably not hard to use I assume. If anyone has such a software , I would really appreciate some more information about it. I'm in Pre Algebra now, so I've been studying things like how to subtract 3 digit numbers and it's not easy at all. |

You might want to try out Algebrator. I bought it some time back to help me with my Pre Algebra course and I can say that it was a wise decision. There are so many demos provided which you can browse through. You can also try out the questions related to gcf and fractional exponents by just typing them in. Algebrator provides complete description to the problems which helps to make difficult concepts understandable . I would say that this program is absolutely the best that money can buy. |

Algebrator did help my son to have high marks in Algebra. Good thing we found this great program because I think it did not only help him to have high marks in his homeworks but also assisted him in his exams since the software helped in explaining the process of answering the problem by displaying the solution. |

I remember having problems with factoring, graphing parabolas and perpendicular lines. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Pre Algebra, Algebra 2 and Remedial Algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended. |
