Hi , I have been trying to solve equations related to elementary intermediate algebra digital video tutor but I don’t seem to be getting any success. Does any one know about pointers that might aid me?

Thanks for the detailed information , this seems awesome. I needed something exactly like Algebrator, because I don't want a software which only solves the exercise and gives the final result, I want something that can actually show me how the exercise has to be solved. That way I can learn it and next time solve it on my own, not just copy the results. Where can I find the program ?

I remember having problems with trigonometric functions, linear equations and converting fractions. Algebrator is a truly great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Algebra 1, Pre Algebra and Pre Algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
