Hello math wiz. I am in deep trouble . I simply don’t know what to do . You know, I am having difficulties with my math and need immediate assistance with simplifying trinomials with a number in front of the x-squared. Anyone you know who can help me with roots, proportions and binomial formula? I tried hard to get a tutor, but failed . They are hard to find and also pretty costly . It’s also difficult to find someone fast enough and I have this exam coming up. Any advice on what I should do? I would very much appreciate a quick reply . |

I have been in your place a few years ago when I was studying simplifying trinomials with a number in front of the x-squared. What part of solving a triangle and powers poses more problems ? Because I am sure that what you really need is a good program to help you understand the basic concepts and ways of solving the exercises. Did you ever use a software like that? I have tried many but I have to say that Algebrator is the best and the easiest to use. It's not like those other programs because it teaches you how to think , it doesn't just give you the answers . |

I too have had difficulties in proportions, adding functions and linear equations. I was told that there are a number of programs that I could try out. I tried out several but then the best that I discovered was Algebrator. Just keyed in the problem and clicked the ‘solve’. I got the answer instantly . Additionally , I was steered through to the answer by an easily understandable step-by-step procedure. I have relied on this program for my difficulties with Basic Math, Remedial Algebra and Algebra 1. If I were you, I would without doubt go for this Algebrator. |

Thanks for the detailed information , this seems awesome. I wished for something exactly like Algebrator, because I don't want a software which only solves the exercise and gives the final result, I want something that can really show me how the exercise has to be solved. That way I can learn it and after that solve it without any help , not just copy the answers . Where can I find the program ? |

I remember having often faced difficulties with slope, unlike denominators and subtracting fractions. A really great piece of algebra program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem homework a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many math classes – Intermediate algebra, Pre Algebra and Basic Math. I greatly recommend the program. |
