Guys , I am in need of help on simplifying expressions, least common denominator, function range and multiplying matrices. Since I am a newbie to Remedial Algebra, I really want to learn the bedrocks of College Algebra fully . Can anyone suggest the best resource with which I can begin learning the fundamental principles ? I have a class test next week.

How about some more details on your trouble with how do we write the equation of a vertical line? what would be an example?? I might be able to give some information on . If you are not able to get a good tutor or some one to sit and sort out your trouble or if it is too costly , then there might be another easy way out . There are some good math software that you can check out . I tried them out myself. It came across to me as fine as any tutor can be. I would opt Algebrator for the kind of solutions that you are in search of . What is attractive about it is that it assists you one step at a time to the solutions rather than just providing the answer. Why not try it out?

I checked up a number of software programs before I zoomed in on Algebrator. This was the most appropriate for interval notation, function range and graphing parabolas. It was effortless to key in the problem. Instead of only giving the solution, it took me through all the steps clearing up all the way until it reached the solution. By the time, I arrived at the solution I learnt how to go about it on my own . I used the program for unraveling my problems in College Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Basic Math in algebra . Do you think that you will like to try this out?

I remember having often faced problems with 3x3 system of equations, greatest common factor and triangle similarity. A truly great piece of math program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem from workbook a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many math classes – Pre Algebra, Algebra 1 and Pre Algebra. I greatly recommend the program.
