Hello there, I am a high-school student and next month I will have my exams in algebra. I was never very good in math , but now I am worried that I won't be able to finish this course. I came across how to convert double to decimal java and other math problems that I can’t figure out. These topics really made me freak out : like denominators and converting decimals . paying for a tutor is impossible for me, because I don't have any money. Please help me!!

You haven’t mentioned any details about the problem that is troubling you. I would like to help you with how to convert double to decimal java as it was my favorite topic in math. I also recommend using a really brilliant software called Algebrator. This is the best that I have encountered to help math students. But make sure you use it to learn the subject and not just to copy and submit your homework.
