factoring algebraic equations

Hi! Our class just started tackling a new lesson in algebra regarding factoring algebraic equations and I did well for most homeworks we got but the latest one my teacher gave complex so I'd appreciate if someone would assist me to understand it! It’s a problem solving assignment my algebra professor gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried solving it but still can’t get it right. I just can’t finish it easily unlike the other homeworks . I had no trouble solving my past assignments but this particular homework with specific topic of least common denominator just gives me difficulty just discovering how to begin. I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really appreciate if somebody help me in discussing the steps and how to solve it in a organized and clear way.

I’m know little in factoring algebraic equations. But , it’s quite hard to explain it. I may help you answer it but since the solution is complex, I doubt you will really understand the whole process of solving it so it’s recommended that you really have to ask someone to explain it to you in person to make the explaining clearer. Good thing is that there’s this software that can help you with your problems. It’s called Algebrator and it’s an amazing piece of program because it does not only show the answer but it also shows the process of solving it. How cool is that?

That's true, a good software can do miracles . I tried a few but Algebrator is the greatest. It doesn't matter what class you are in, I myself used it in College Algebra and Algebra 1 too, so you don't have to worry that it's not on your level. If you never had a software until now I can tell you it's very easy , you don't need to know anything about the computer to use it. You just have to type in the keywords of the exercise, and then the program solves it step by step, so you get more than just the answer.
