radicals expressions

I'm just thinking if anyone can give me a few pointers here so that I can understand the basics of radicals expressions. I find solving equations really tough . I work in the evening and thus have no time left to take extra tutoring . Can you guys suggest any online resource that can help me with this subject?

Hi friend , radicals expressions can be really difficult if your basics are not clear. I know this tool , Algebrator which has helped a lot of beginners build their concepts. I have used this software a couple of times when I was in high school and I recommend it to every novice .

Algebrator is a very great software and is certainly worth a try. You will also find lot of exciting stuff there. I use it as reference software for my math problems and can swear that it has made learning math more fun .

Thanks for the detailed information , this seems awesome. I wished for something exactly like Algebrator, because I don't want a software which only solves the exercise and shows the final result, I want something that can really explain me how the exercise has to be solved. That way I can learn it and next time solve it on my own, not just copy the results. Where can I find the software?
