Posted: Sunday 31st of Dec 08:41 Well there are just two people who can guide me at this point in time, either it has to be some math guru or it has to be the Almighty himself. I’m sick and tired of trying to solve problems on rules for adding, subtracting, multiplying and, dividing integers and some related topics such as angle complements and linear inequalities. I have my midterms coming up in a a couple of days from now and I don’t know what to do ? Is there anyone out there who can actually take out some time and help me with my questions? Any sort of help would be really appreciated.

Posted: Monday 01st of Jan 15:27 That is true , there are programs that can assist you with study . I think there are a few types that help you solve math problems, but I heard that Algebrator stands out amongst them. I used the software when I was a student in Pre Algebra for helping me with rules for adding, subtracting, multiplying and, dividing integers, and it always helped me out since then. In time I understood all the topics, and after a while I was able to solve the most challenging of the tests on my own . Don't worry; you won't have any problem using it. It was meant for students, so it's simple to use. Actually you just have to type in the topic that's all .Of course you should use it to learn algebra, not just copy the results, because you won't learn that way.

Posted: Thursday 04th of Jan 17:03 All, Thanks a lot for the replies that you have given . I just had a look at the Algebrator available at: http://www.graph-inequality.com/inequalities-1.html. The interesting part that I liked was the pay back guarantee that they are offering there. I went ahead and bought Algebrator. It is really user friendly and proves to be a noteworthy tool for Intermediate algebra.

Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - College Algebra, Basic Math and Pre Algebra. I highly recommend the program.
