Heya guys! Is someone here familiar with sofmath? I have this set of problems about it that I can’t understand. We were assigned to answer it and understand how we came up with the answer . Our Algebra teacher will select random people to solve it as well as explain it to class so I require thorough explanation regarding sofmath. I tried solving some of the questions but I think I got it completely incorrect. Please help me because it’s a bit urgent and the due date is quite close already and I haven’t yet understood how to answer this.

Algebrator is a good program to solve sofmath problems . It gives you step by step answers along with explanations. I however would warn you not to just copy the solutions from the software. It will not aid you in understanding the subject. Use it as a reference and solve the questions yourself as well.

I would just add a note to what has been posted above. Algebrator no doubt is the most useful tool one could have. Always use it as a reference and a means to learn and never to copy .

Sorry guys. But whenever I see those book and piles of homework, I just can’t seem to retain my senses. Thanks a lot for the advice and I will use it for sure. Where can I get this thing?

I remember having problems with proportions, rational equations and triangle similarity. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Remedial Algebra, Intermediate algebra and Basic Math. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
