I've always wanted to learn teaching probability at ks3 and powerpoint, it seems like there's a lot that can be done with it that I can't do otherwise. I've searched the internet for some good learning resources, and consulted the local library for some books, but all the information seems to be directed to people who already know the subject. Is there any tool that can help new students as well?

The perspective you’ve adopted towards the teaching probability at ks3 and powerpoint is not the a good one. I do understand that one can’t really think of something else in such a scenario . Its nice that you still want to try. My key to easy equation solving is Algebrator I would advise you to give it a try at least once.

Algebrator truly is a must-have for us algebra students. As already said in the post above , not only does it solve questions but it also explains all the intermediary steps involved in reaching that eventual result. That way apart from knowing the final answer, we also learn how to go about solving questions right from the first step till the last, and it helps a lot in preparing for exams .

This is most remarkable. Can you suggest from where can I obtain the program?

A great piece of math software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving quadratic inequalities, exponential equations and angle-angle similarity. Just by typing in the problem from homework and clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework would be ready. I have used it through several math classes - Algebra 1, Remedial Algebra and College Algebra. I highly recommend the program.
