positive and negative integer calculation lessons

I have trouble with positive and negative integer calculation lessons. I tried a lot to find someone who can assist me with this. I also looked out for a coach to coach me and solve my problems on binomial formula, algebraic signs and complex fractions. Though I found some who could possibly explain my problem, I recognized that I cannot find the money for them. I do not have much time too. My quiz is coming up in a little while. I am worried . Can anybody lend a hand with this situation? I would very much welcome any help or any advice .
